21-21- Day Bringing Forth Our Natural States Experience

Join me for this 21-Day Bringing Forth Our Natural States Experience by doing this powerful daily exercise to bring forth our natural states and important virtues into our lives. 

I'm currently attending a Raja Yoga Meditation Course at the Meditation Museum in Silver Spring, MD and we discussed the qualities we were all born with and and many times we get lost, forget them and chose fear, anger, lust, ego, greed, and judgment.....

I've taken on this exercise and asking you to join me in this powerful experience!

For 21 days, each day choose one of the words listed in the even't photo or whatever other ones you want to bring forth more into your life and write it down 108 times. It's very easy and takes less than 5 minutes trust me! When I heard the number 108, it scared me as I've done 108 Sun Salutations in yoga and it's no joke. 🙂 This is much much easier.

Here's how I did it and was done in no time. Take out a legal pad and number each line up to number 27 then starting from line 1 write the word you chose 4 times, it's fast, easy and simple.

Why the number 108, there are many interpretations to this. I'll share some I found based on research:The number 108 is said to represent spiritual completion.
